Guest Policies
- Breakfast is served in our formal dining room at specific seating times, normally between 7 and 9 AM. It’s important that you reserve
your spot at sign in. Breakfast is only included with the "B&B Rate" and not included with the "Hotel Rate"
- Wine
& Cheese Social Hour: Premium wine and hors d'oeuvres are served each evening between 5 & 6 PM in our lobby. There
is also a hospitality tea and pastries hour between the hours of 4 & 5 PM. B&B guest only
- Guest Services: Each room
has a hair dryer, TV, DVD/or VCR and WiFi. Please check at the front desk for WiFi code.
- Our rooms are designed to comfortably accommodate
up to two people per room regardless of age. Rates quoted are for double occupancy - additional charges apply for additional
guest. Rates are subject to change without notice.
- For groups reserving three or more rooms, an advance payment covering the entire
stay is required at the time of reservation. The advanced payment, less a $30.00 cancellation fee per room is refundable if any or
all reservations are cancelled at least thirty one (31) days prior to arrival. If any or all reservations are changed or cancelled
within thirty (30) days of arrival, the advanced payment becomes non refundable.
- Weekends and Holidays are subject to minimum stay
requirements.
- Major Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard and Discover accepted.
- Hours: Check in: 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm; check out: 11:00 AM;
Office Hours: 7:00 am to 9:00 pm.
- Payment and Cancellation Policy: We charge your first night's stay to guarantee your reservation.
Because we are a small, independent inn, cancellations significantly affect us. If the reservation is cancelled for any reason at
any time, we charge a $30 cancellation fee. If the reservation is cancelled or changed within 14 days of the reservation date you
will be charged for any room nights we cannot re-book. All no shows will be charged in full to the credit card that was provided at
time reservation was made.
- International Travelers: DUE TO RECENT INN BOOKINGS SCAMS, ALL INTERNATIONAL GUESTS MUST SECURE THEIR RESERVATIONS
WITH A CREDIT CARD. Sorry, no international traveler’s checks accepted.
- Pet Policy: Though we love animals, some of our guests are
allergic and therefore we only allow pets in specified "Pet Freindly Rooms"
- The Wyman is a NON SMOKING Inn
